RONALD WEISSMAN

Ronald Weissman is a Venture Partner with Apax Partners and joined the firm in 2000. Weissman has more than twenty-five years of experience in high technology operations and marketing. Prior to joining Apax Partners, he was Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Marketing for Verity, a global leader in corporate information retrieval software. During his tenure, Verity's executive team was awarded the large company turnaround of the year (1999) by the Turnaround Management Association and the company saw its market capitalization grow from under $50 million to more than $1.5 billion, and was listed two years running among the top ten technology stocks by the New York Times.
A member of Phi Beta Kappa and a Fulbright Scholar, he received his B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. degrees from the University of California at Berkeley.
RENE BONVANIE

René currently holds the position of Vice President, Worldwide Marketing at Palo Alto Networks.
René Bonvanie has more than 25 years of executive management and marketing experience in enterprise technology. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Marketing, SaaS, and IT at Serena Software, and was Senior Vice President of Global Marketing at SAP. Earlier, as CMO at Business Objects, René was responsible for all marketing activity, including corporate communications, field marketing, and product marketing.
Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Marketing at VERITAS Software Corporation. In his 10 years as Vice President of Product Marketing at Oracle Corporation, he managed the Oracle database product line, had editorial responsibility for Oracle Magazine and Profit Magazine, and co-founded Oracle’s developer program, Oracle Technology Network.
IAN SIGALOW

Ian Sigalow is a Principal with Greycroft Partners LLC.
Prior to Greycroft, Ian founded and served as CEO of StrongData Corporation, a pioneer in thin-film, digital encryption.
Prior to StrongData, Ian spent several years as a venture capitalist with Boston Millennia Partners, where he focused on early stage investments in the software and telecommunications industries. His past investments include Airpath Wireless and SensorLogic.
Ian's past experience also includes investment banking in the technology group at Donaldson, Lufkin, and Jenrette and strategy consulting with the Arnold Business Strategy Group.
Ian holds a BS in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
MONASH BAHL

Monish currently holds the position of Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications.
Mr. Bahl is responsible for all of CDC Corporation's mergers and acquisition activities. He has held a variety of management roles at CDC Corporation including Vice President of Investor Relations where he communicated the company's financial and other relevant information to shareholders and the financial community. He has held a variety of management positions with publicly traded companies and has extensive experience with Wall Street.
Prior to joining CDC Software, he served as Vice President, Investor Relations of Verso Technologies, a next generation telecommunications equipment provider in Atlanta. In this role, he communicated the company's strategy to the investment community, was involved in two equity capital raises, as well as mergers and acquisitions activity. Earlier, he was one of the founding members of HarborPayments, an e-commerce financial services company that was later sold to American Express Corporation. Prior to HarborPayments, he worked as Assistant Vice President for Parker/Hunter, a sell-side brokerage house later sold to Janney Montgomery. In that capacity, he served as a senior equity analyst covering technology stocks such as Computer Associates, Ansys and others. He was also involved in five public equity offerings. He holds a MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a bachelor of science from Allegheny College in Meadville, PA.
